A mistake on the site. A count that looks out of date. A region you think we should cover. A question about how the site works or how it’s paid for.

What we can’t help with

Bookings. We don’t take them and we can’t see them. If you need to change or cancel a stay, or you want to know whether a place is free, contact the booking site you used. Their details will be on your confirmation email.

If you run a glamping site

We don’t take listings from owners at the moment. Every stay you reach through this site is on a booking site we link to.
