What this site is
We publish information about glamping stays with hot tubs and link to booking sites where you can book them. We aren’t a travel agent or a booking service. We don’t own, run or inspect any accommodation.
If you book a stay, your contract is with the booking site or the owner, on their terms. Questions about a booking, a payment, a cancellation or the stay itself go to them.
How accurate it is
We take care over what we publish, and every count shows the date we read it. Stock, prices and facilities change without notice, so check the details on the booking site before you pay. A number on this site is a guide to how much choice there is. It isn’t a promise that anything is available.
Our guides are general information. They aren’t safety instructions for any particular hot tub or stove. Follow the instructions the site gives you when you arrive.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited by law. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud. Your legal rights as a consumer aren’t affected.
Beyond that, the site is free to use and we provide it as it is. We’re not responsible for the stays you reach through it, for the booking sites, or for a loss that comes from relying on a count or a detail that has since changed.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
